At least 50 killed in migrant-boat fire off Libya - IOM

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) said Wednesday that at least 50 people died in a fire on a migrant-boat off Libya on Sunday. "IOM is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of life after a vessel carrying 75 Sudanese refugees caught fire off Libya's coast on 14 Sep," the UN agency said via X. "At least 50 lives were lost.
