The Pisa director has expressed concern about the disadvantages faced by students with an immigrant background.

Andreas Schleicher, head of the OECD, warns that Germany has deficiencies in the education of children with a migration background. He highlights systemic disadvantages in schools, where these students receive fewer educational opportunities and support.
