Rescue ship disembarks in Italy with body of young Eritrean

Open Arms Uno finally began disembarking 402 people at the Italian port of Messina in Sicily, this Wednesday (September 22). On board, there was the body of a 20-year-old man, Wegihu, who was allegedly killed by a smuggler. Wegihu's body was found in a boat last Friday, when 59 migrants were rescued from an oil platform in international waters off Tunisia. After disembarking, the NGO Open Arms tweeted: "May Europe treat them with the dignity to which every human being is entitled."
