Norway takes in 20 Ocean Viking ship migrants following France-Italy dispute

Italy refused to allow the Ocean Viking to enter the port and guided the rescue ship to continue its journey in French waters. Of the 234 refugees on board, 229 were initially accepted in France. However, after a thorough examination, 123 were denied entry. The remaining 66 refugees are to be accommodated in various EU countries. Norway, as a non-European country, agreed to take in 20 migrants. read more
