Mediterranean: TOM project vessel witnesses illegal pushback by so-called Libyan coast guard

The crew of the ship Nihayet Garganey VI of the project TOM - Tutti gli Occhi sul Mediterraneo - has observed an illegal pushback by the so-called Libyan Coast Guard in the Maltese SAR zone, around 45 nautical miles off Lampedusa. Around 20 people were brought back to the Libyan camps on a boat donated by Italy. read more
