Türkiye wants to build a wall on the Greek border.

Türkiye plans to build a new border wall along the Evros region to prevent so-called irregular migration into the EU, adding to Greece’s existing steel barrier. The initial 8.5 km section is set to be completed in 2025, with further expansions planned.
