Activist on GEAS implementation in Bavaria: "Infrastructure for assembly-line deportations"

Munich Airport is building a new deportation terminal designed to enable two charter deportations and 100 individual removals per day. In this interview, Katharina Grote of the Bavarian Refugee Council warns the terminal provides the infrastructure for "assembly-line" deportations once Germany fully exploits GEAS's instruments, and that asylum seekers are now set to be housed in the former JVA Ingolstadt prison under the external border procedure. read more
