Rome-Tirana agreement: a total of 132 migrants sent to Albania, a “failure” according to Italian NGOs

A new NGO report highlights the bitter failure of the Rome-Tripoli migration agreement. Two camps opened in Albania since the agreement was signed, but only 130 people out of the planned 36,000 have been sent there.
