After massive accusations against migrants - refugee sues Baden-Württemberg for police violence

The man is filing a lawsuit against the allegedly disproportionate actions of the police during an operation at the initial reception centre in Ellwangen and during his deportation in 2018. The incidents in Ellwangen made headlines across Germany at the time.
