Frontex files: DAV and CCBE demand access to justice

(Brussels/Berlin) - The German Bar Association (DAV) supports the position of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) that effective access to justice must also be guaranteed at Europe's external borders. The German President of the CCBE, Dr Margarete Gräfin von Galen, advocated for this at the 49th European Presidents' Conference of the lawyers' organisation. read more
